In the pursuit of perfect homebrew, failure still makes beer.

Nerdsday Thursday! Bubbles floating… down?

I’m going to start a weekly submission to my bloggage that satisfies my need for nerdy beer science. Enjoy, all ye beer-laden smarty-pantses.

  1. Whats up Mark. Its great to see other homebrewers on this site. I was born in Cambridge and grew up in Brockton,MA. I am now living in Charlotte,NC and brewing like crazy down here in the southern heat! There is a craft and homebrew revolution going on in this city and its great to see happening finally. I write a homebrew blog at beaconhillsbrewhouse.wordpress.com You should check it out sometime.
